Foodzay is a food-ordering app for customers in Pakistan. You can browse nearby restaurants, order for delivery or pick-up, pay cash, and track your order. Foodzay is developed and operated by Star Logics, the company behind Restozay. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and who it is shared with.
You can browse restaurants and menus without an account. An account is needed to place orders, save addresses and favourites, and leave reviews.

We do not collect your email address, contacts, or payment card or bank details. All payments are cash on delivery or at pick-up.
You can refuse or turn off any of these in your phone settings. The app keeps working, but the related feature will not (for example, you can type your address instead of using your location).
We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads. Data is shared only to provide the service:
The app keeps your login token in the phone's secure storage and remembers your chosen delivery location and some menu data to load faster. This is removed when you log out or uninstall the app.
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time:
When you delete your account, we delete your profile (name, number, PIN, birthday and photo), saved addresses, favourites, notifications, loyalty points and push tokens. Orders you already placed are not deleted, because they are the restaurant's sales and tax records. They are unlinked from your account and stay with the restaurant that received them.
All connections between the app and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Your PIN is stored as a one-way hash. Each customer can see only their own orders, addresses and messages.
Foodzay is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be shown in the app.
