These terms apply to restozay.com, the Restozay dashboard and every Restozay feature (together, the "Service"), provided by Starlogics SMC Private Limited ("Star Logics", "we", "us"), Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service, the restaurant ("you") agrees to these terms.
1. The Service
Restozay is software for running a restaurant: point of sale, orders, online menus and websites, WhatsApp ordering, delivery, inventory, accounts, marketing and social media publishing. Some features are included in your plan, and some are add-ons or use prepaid credits, as shown in your dashboard or agreed with us.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you add.
- You decide which staff can use which features through roles and permissions.
- Tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.
3. Fees and credits
You pay the fees for your plan and any add-ons as agreed with us. Features that use prepaid credits deduct them when used, at the price shown in the dashboard. If fees are not paid, we may limit access to the Service until they are.
4. Your data and your customers
- Your business data and your customers' data remain yours. We use them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for collecting your customers' data lawfully and for how your restaurant uses it, including messages you send them.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, or send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive;
- publish content that is false, misleading, hateful, sexual, violent, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- try to access another restaurant's data, overload or attack the Service, or copy or resell it.
6. Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager lets you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business or Creator account and a TikTok account, and publish posts to them from Restozay.
- Authorisation. By connecting an account you confirm you are allowed to manage it, and you authorise us to publish on it the posts that you or your staff create and send to publish or schedule in Restozay. We do not publish anything you have not created and sent.
- Your content. You are responsible for every post, caption, image and video you publish, and you confirm you own or have permission to use them. This includes images created with Restozay's AI image tool.
- Platform rules. Your posts must follow the terms and community rules of each platform: Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards, Instagram's Terms of Use, and TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Platform decisions. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok can reject, limit, restrict the visibility of, or remove a post, or change their services. We show you the reason a platform gives, but we are not responsible for their decisions.
- Disconnecting. You can disconnect an account at any time. Posts already published stay on the platform until you delete them there. See our Data Deletion page.
7. Third-party services
Some features depend on services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, maps, payment networks and AI providers. Their availability and rules can change, and their own terms apply to your use of them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features. We will tell you in advance of changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.
9. Ending the Service
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay. You can ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost sales, or for the actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before it arose.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes to these terms, and contact
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Questions:
